A wide variety of funding opportunities are available on many Health Skills Australia courses.
VET FEE-HELP is a student loan scheme that helps eligible students pay for all or part of their tuition costs. Students who access VET FEE-HELP assistance will have a loan with the Australian Government who will, on the student's behalf, pay their tuition fees to Health Skills Australia. Students can only access VET FEE-HELP for Diploma courses or above.

The Strategic Skills Program purchases training from Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) to address the strategic skill needs of industry, the community and individuals. Training is purchased mostly for part-qualifications which support employment opportunities for jobseekers and improve the skills of existing workers. Full qualifications are funded under special circumstances.

Australian Apprenticeships encompass all apprenticeships and traineeships. They combine time at work with training and can be full-time, part-time or school-based.
Australian Apprenticeships are the best way to combine training and employment and can lead to a nationally recognised qualification. Australian Apprenticeships are available to anyone of working age and do not require any entry qualifications. You can be a school-leaver, re-entering the workforce or simply wishing to change careers.

If you are working in the aged care or home and community sectors, you may be able to access a Commonwealth funded training place through the Aged Care Workforce Vocational Education Training Program. Your employer must apply for training places through a Registered Training Organisation such as Health Skills Australia. If the training place is allocated, the course is fully funded.
You may also be entitled to an incentive payment available through the Aged Care Education and Training Incentive if you undertake training while employed. Incentives vary depending on the course undertaken.
