Better Oral Health in Residential Care Program
The Better Oral Health in Residential Care program was a national initiative introduced by the federal government to strengthen dental and oral health in aged care facilities. HSA was one of six registered training organisations selected to deliver this training in a "train the trainer" approach.
HSA has completed its work in this program but remains committed to educating aged care workers to provide high quality care for residents in aged care facilities.
To assist those people who participated in this program HSA has developed a series of Frequently Asked Questions to help supplement any of the training provided, it also provides some useful hints and tips on oral health in aged care.
