HSA offers a variety of support services to assist students during their studies. Such services are offered through a range of activities and resources including one-on-one learning support appointments, online resources, personalised assignment feedback and orientation activities for those transitioning into the College. If you need help at any stage throughout your course, our friendly educators are on hand to assist.
The HSA online student portal can be found at my.navitas-professional.edu.au, and provides you with access to your online class spaces and assessments, online enrolment, student webmail, as well as academic and personal information.
Enrolment & Orientation Day provides a great opportunity to meet academic staff and fellow students, and learn about what to expect during your course. Held during the week prior to course commencement, Enrolment & Orientation Day is when you can purchase books, finalise your National Police Record Check (if required), have your student ID card created, receive your timetable and be fitted for your uniform (if required for clinical placement).
Each campus has a dedicated Student Services hub to assist students with any administrative matters and questions.
At Health Skills Australia we are committed to ensuring you have all the support you need while you study. We provide a counselling service for all students via our educators and course coordinators. These staff members are qualified nurses and health care professionals who can assist you with issues, and if required will refer you on as deemed appropriate.
Our library and resource centres are available to complement and enhance your learning experience. The library includes an extensive collection of books, computer access and a variety of online resources. The library is also available for pprinting, photocopying and scanning.
